That's probably the only reason why TEP is still around, even though they're always in trouble.

Pi Kapp has a huge mixed bag right now. Some sorority girls say they have a good bunch, others have told me they're a huge group of weirdos. Keep in mind that their national recruited these guys after a four year suspension, they were going to play it safe. I know the president and he told me his rush guys that will be giving bids are only the guys that got bids at places like Sig Ep and Beta. The could end up sucking hard, but they could end up finding some diamonds in the rough, especially with a brand new house coming and cheap, cheap dues. It's all going to depend on this pledge class. Heard they may have some football players?

so what will happen to ZBT once PiKapp takes their house back? Move to TKE?

Please get off this website. No one is "hearing" about you. No sorority girls are "saying" anything about you. Stop trying to promote yourself and accept your irrelevance.

I got a bid from Phi Delt but didn't accept because I come from a line of Pi Kapps and heard they were coming back. I'm still holding my Phi Delt bid, but depending on whether or not I like the people I see Pi Kapp recruiting will determine which house I go to. I suppose the people that didn't accept their Beta or Sig Ep bids did it because they're legacies like me. Or maybe they just didn't like those frats, couldn't afford them, or didn't want to invest the time.

within a week after rush there will be guys from sigep, phidelt, sig chi that will leave/puss out and some will go pikapp

So what is homecoming looking like for fall?

pi kap is ging to be full of the puss outs from top frats that are good looking and athletic, but still softasses. middle tier

This dude "Pi Kap" (it's Pi Kapp btw) has a real problem...must be a theta chi threatened about going back to mid tier.

Fraternity friend of mine told me that Theta Chi paid double what Phi Delt and Pike paid for the Ying Yang Twins social they all had.. Truth??
