I didn't say Pike is top-tier. They have potential to be in a few years, maybe. But they are moving into the solid-mid tier.

HoneStly, PiKapp has a few decenT kids who will mAke them rise quickly. The guy in charge of PiKapp will make sure th2ir house is bui7t quickly to take over ZBT.

1. SigEp SigmaChi Sae, then PhiDelt
2. Beta Ato, then Ka
3. Zbt ThetaChi Tep KappaSig
4. Pike Delt, then PhiTau
(PiKap irrelevant)

The most anything will change next year
1. SigEp SigmaChi Sae, then Beta
2. PhiDelt Ato, then Ka
3. ThetaChi Tep Zbt, then Pike
4. KappaSig Delt, then PhiTau
(PiKap still irrelevant)

There are four generations of guys in each house and historical homecoming/social rotations that are years old. One bad pc doesn't knock you down two tiers, and coming back to campus and not completely sucking doesn't shoot you into the top. Be realistic.

The oldest fraternities at Florida will always remain at the top barring IFC punishment. Examples: SAE, ATO, sig ep, not Beta
