ZBT will be strong until Spring when they get booted out of Pi Kapps house

TEP will replace ZBT. If they get it together and stop getting into trouble maybe they'll rise to Theta Chi or KAs level

Ka will drop.

Phi Delt and Beta will compete

SAE and ATO will compete

TEP, Pike, and Theta Chi will compete.

Pi Kapp will be under the radar until at least spring since they wont have a house until at least then. Then they might move up. They have powerful alumni to help them out.

Delta chi and Phi Tau aren't anything special

The top is : Sig Ep, Phi Delt, Sigma Chi and SAE

just below that is Beta ATO and KA

The top will always stay the top because of HC rotations, social schedule etc.

Rush determines the tiers of course but its hard for tiers to really change unless something drastic happens

The top will probably be the same after fall rush

So if your looking for a good house D Chi and Phi Tau aren't them

Pi Kapp has powerful alumni but so far they're not looking too good. Pike came back with their house immediately which is why they moved up fast. Pi Kapp won't be able to move up as fast without one.

heard beta was trying to get sigep for homecoming. anyone know anything about this?

from what i understand they are renting a house off campus until they get back the one they leased to zbt.

top will tend to stay the same but phidelt is going to have to work hard vs beta because they have had some bad pledge classes lately.

whats a bad pledge class?

A bad pledge class is small in number and unlike the rest of the fraternity.

Example: Phi Delt used to be known as being muscular and good with the ladies, but their last couple of pledge classes have been filled with skinny unsocial kids

Pi Kapp is already better than Chi Phi from what I've seen, but that's still not impressive. What house are they renting? Some people are saying they're building a completely new house.

pi kapp is building a new house, but of course since that cant be done im fairly certain they will rent a house (not on frat row of course).

and yeah, pi kapp will probably enter at about mid tier, they have a pretty solid group now but of course their numbers are still low so they need a good fall pc, and then they will either stay where they are or rise. pi kapp has always been a top tier house here.

i dont think phi delts last pledge classes have been THAT bad, definitely a change but theres still some good guys there. it seems like they are more involved now than they were but just sacrificed some of the athletic guys for it.
