The predictions that I see are as follows..
1)Ato drops down a tad for next fall while the "top" remains as SigEp, SigmaChi, SAE, and Phi Delt with Beta inching right behind
2) A lot of girls don't seem to like KA that much, so I don't know how they could possibly be up that high
3) From what I hear, Theta Chi has been making moves this semester getting socials/pregames/events with DG, DDD, KD and AOII, so they are moving up for sure
4) ZBT like others have said will definitely drop off when they lose the lease to their current house

1) How do you even quantify "a tad" or "inching behind"
2) They still have the best socials and best homecomings
3) Might as well just say your in theta chi, no one "hears" about other fraternity events or pregames nonetheless broadcasts it on some website. Enough of your theta chi self promotion
4) Agreed

I completely disagree...Pi Kapp will definitely get back to the top...They are strong nationally and have way too much history at UF not too. Ben Hill Griffin was a Pi Kapp, that alone makes them constantly relevant and strong. Will they immediately become top tier again? Of course not, but I'd give it a year or two and then we'll see how it's going.

No one brags about other fraternities social events and says "they're moving up". Our Greek system is set up in a way that the top will always be the top in both sororities and fraternities. Fraternities decide which sororities are top and sororities decide which fraternities are top. In this light, no sorority will drop a "top tier" fraternity for theta chi because it jeopardizes their own standing as a top tier sorority, just like no fraternity will drop say KD for theta because it jeopardizes their standing as "top tier". Sure top tier will do events or pregames with middle tier but no top tier will drop another top tier for a social/homecoming. It's truly a symbiotic relationship.
