zbt will lose their house either fall or spring, and then pi kapp will build a new one on that property (that they own)...zbt will probably fall off significantly and pi kapp will probably take a little while to get back to top tier

The top five of SigEp PhiDelt Sigmachi SAE ATO will remain with KA Beta right outside. It is plausible that Beta and PhiDelt switch but other than that, theres no real change year to year. (You can thank HC rotations for that)
