Beta is lower-top material while DTD is middle tier. Even Phi Tau is middle tier. They're all decent at the very least. Just because a house doesn't haze doesn't mean they suck.

What's it going to be like rushing Pi Kappa Phi next semester since they're essentially new? Is the pledge class going to be the only class in the house?
