The Yeah comment below is pretty spot on...However, PhiDelt is on the decline, I think they'll be replaced by Beta in a year or two. Also, worth noting ZBT is gonna drop way down in fall when they lose their house. Not sure where Pi Kapp will end up when they get their house back from ZBT.

people come on here, rate their own house great and then go to the three or four other houses they think are their top competition and blast them with 1's and 2's. That being said, you need only look at the total rankings to get the top houses, which would be: Sig Ep, SAE, ATO, Phi Delt, and Kappa Sig. Not sure how Pi Kapp is even on here seeing how they don't yet exist!

You really can't put a numerical ranking on the houses because they appeal differently depending on who you are. I do agree though, that the houses you mention are what most people would consider to be the top five frats on campus.

I wouldn't use this site to pick a house to pledge, but it could be handy in narrowing down the choices to the top ten or so you might want to consider.
