If your southern, SAE and ATO are Top with KA top mid
If your sofla, SigEp and PhiDelt are Top with Beta top mid
If your some where in between, Sigma Chi is top

Stop comparing PhiDelt to SAE, it really is apples to oranges, our greek system is split and it all depends on what you like

So if you're from Miami, it's Sig Ep or Phi Delt? Northen Florida or SE US, SAE or ATO? Anywhere else, Sigma Chi? That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!

It all depends on what you like is right. Who's to say one house is "better" than another. They're all different. You have to find the one that fits you best.

Most of the "south Florida frats" members are from south Florida. Of course there are exceptions but that's the general pattern. It depends on the guy and by "south florida" and "southern" they're refering to the frat's general personality and style.

For example, you could be a guy from NY and still join a "south Florida" or "Southern frat" or "neutral frat" if you fit the description of the typical member. Just stick the frat that fits you. You'll be able to tell just by walking into the house and talking for 20 minutes or seeing the members around campus.

Just who exactly is doing the ranking here? Obviously members of each respective frat are going to rate their house better so it is really just a numbers game as to which brotherhood has knowlege of this site and actively participates in the discussions. Conversely, if the rankings are being done by independents, on what critera are they qualified to do so? By attending the occasion party? Or by dating one of the brothers? I think the only way to truly find the right house if to experience rush with an open mind, visit a good numbers of houses, and see who you best click with.

I didn't realize you were the resident expert on UF fraternities and all things rush. Sorry that you have to resort to explicatives in order to deal with opinions that differ in any small way from your own. My apologies for offering my opinion on the subject!

If it were self ranking explain how some house have the fewest votes and the best ranking.

If they're back on, then they need to be added to the list to the left and included in the ratings!

with the exception of not-yet existent Pi Kapps, the rankings to left seem to be pretty accurate -- SAE and ATO at the top where they certainly belong! Although, I personally think Phi Delt should be a tad higher.
