How is Pi Kappa Phi getting members? Are they southern or more south floridaish?

Pi Kappa Phi is getting members again because people realize they are going up, heavily so. They had the hazing problems a while ago but have learned their lesson and moved on. They will "replace" ZBT on campus, except they will rise into the top tier pretty quickly as opposed to ZBT. Too much history not to. And yes, people need to realize Pi Kappa Phi and PIKE (Pi Kappa Alpha) are not the same.

2. Phi Delt, Beta, Pi Kappa Phi (Will be top tier again within a year)
3. KA, ATO
4. Theta Chi, TEP, PIKE, DTD, Chi Phi (Think they'll be going up fast, some really good pledges)
5. The rest.

Pike has had one of the most successful returns to campus, and even then they're only solid middle. I agree ZBT will move down once they lose their house, but TEP is more likely to take their spot then PiKap. Also, Chi Phi is terrible.
