SAE is the top southern house. Depending on who you are, you'll either hate them or love them.

Sigma Chi is a somewhat southern but more in between and becoming more guido. They're in the top 5 overall.

ZBT might not move up as fast as you think, in fact they may fall. Once Pi Kappa Phi comes back and reclaims their house, ZBT will be off campus or without a house.

Things changing fast? What a joke. Top will always be top, bottom will always be bottom. No up and coming (beta) and no falling (ka). Excluding getting kicked off campus (pike), once on top always on top. Ask anyone from thirty years ago, top then is the top now, it's just the way the Greek system is.

ZBT was actually gaining momentum until this year. Awful.

Sigep also underwhelmed after a quality PC10.

Beta, SX, and Phi Delt did well from what i've seen
