SigEp has a huge new house that is very nice. They have a great location on campus and the inside of the house is usually in pristine shape since they are a dry house. Their social life is a hit or miss when it comes to partying since they are a dry house.

They may have a huge house, but they are a dry fraternity, so tailgate parties will be more like social teas with cookies and milk. I wouldn't waste my time.
