joining top tier houses after fall rush

what are my options if i wanna join a good house but i didn’t make it all the way through fall rush as a freshman, i’m thinking about spring rush and asking friends but i don’t wanna end up in a not as good house where i didn’t have good experiences before. pls help, i was not in a good place during fall rush and i wish things went better but i just wanna be in the right house for me

If you wanted to be in the house that was best for you or the “right” house, you would not care about tiers.
