PERSONALLY, I like Kappa more, and AXO kind of got shafted on homecoming this year, but they are both very much at the same level and are rising at the same pace. Any differences tier-wise between them is negligible, and this reflects on almost any ranking they're in.

From their social media I think AXO is better, and I feel like Kappa doesn’t really have a big presence on campus. I think AXO might have the edge this year for recruitment but you never know

Sigma Kappa has one of the best houses in the entire nation (in my opinion even better than DG), but house quality is a very small factor in the overall ranks. For instance, sigma chi has what is probably the worst house on campus, yet they’re consistently ranked as top tier. I don’t agree with what adpi is doing to sigma kappa’s page on this site right now, but having a nice house only means something to the sisters/brothers who live in it.
