I'd have to agree with #10 actually. Phi Tau is like AEPi ( barely middle tier but not quite bad enough to be placed with the lower and bottom tier houses). There's no reason to put Pi Kapp as middle tier since they aren't even fully established, so just leave them off the list for now or at least until they build their house. They're a toss up so far. TEP is on par if not slightly better than Delt and Kappa Sigma but they keep to themselves like loners and almost seem like they don't care about the Greek community. They also aren't fratty at all. Very similar to ZBT actually but with minimal involvement.

This is more accurate...although the tier system isn't fair since houses (especially sororities) rarely "move up." Hope things change in the future cause I'm sick of having socials with the same people all the time.
