fraternity rankings/top tier stereotypes

Curious as to what the REAL fraternity rankings are, because obviously the rankings on the main page aren't very accurate. Also could you include the general stereotype for each of the top houses? I'm transferring from FSU next year and want to know what houses to look out for and generally what to expect in the fall. Thanks
