what's chaarg?

It's a fitness "club" where anyone can join and workout with them and provide each other with inspiration and motivation. We have chapters at universities all over the country. There are a lot of thetas in it because some of the exec members of chaarg are in theta and they promote it a lot to other thetas. I'm in chaarg and it's super fun to get fit and healthy without judgment!! Follow us on instagram! @chaarg

Some of the workouts are a little challenging (we do a lot of stadiums) but it up to you how difficult the exercises are. You are able to modify them to your own liking and it is a lot more than just working out. I find the biggest challenge is to eat healthy but we are always sharing meal plans and recipes with each other to stay focused and on track.
