Sigma Chi SAE and KA all have a 1 man system, where if one guy in the entire fraternity doesn't like you they can prevent you from getting a bid

I would say ATO is like your typical preppy frat boy, while Machi is not your typical preppy guy They both get great guys and throw great parties, but they just have different personalities

ATO is a bunch of try hard guys who are really cool and love to party, while machi is more laid back guys, who stills love to party, they just have a much chiller vibe

Sigma Chi does a lot more events... they might have the most nights of in-house partying per semester in UF greek. That being said, although ATO does less events, when they do they go big (ask someone in UF Greek about Viking) and definitely still have a big midtown presence. ATO has closer to 200 guys, Machi maybe 140. ATO definitely wins in campus presence and generally being well known. They're both pretty exclusive, but Machi is almost like a cult bc of how low key they are.. if u don't know them personally, you don't really know much about them. There are good looking guys in both frats but ATO is definitely the face squad. Both have awesome brotherhoods with some pretty intense rituals.

Rush
For ATO, make sure you are on your southern/preppy fashion A-Game. Yes it may seem shallow, but they want to talk to rushees that first and foremost look like them. It's important to make a good first impression in a fraternity so big, especially bc ALOT of boys rush there before anywhere else so it's easy to get lost in the crowd.

For Machi, stick with ur style and stick to what u know. They have a pretty wide range of styles and interests so you'll get the chance to talk to guys who are similar to you. BE HUMBLE.

Those were great descriptions of those two fraternities. Can you do something similar for some of the others, like Theta Chi, KA, Delt...
