for guys that are gonna be here summer b and plan to rush in fall- whats the best way to meet brothers-just go to parties and talk to them? also how do you get a bid over summer,

yeah, go to parties and talk to the brothers when you're there. Also, don't just go to the same parties all the time. Go to as many parties as you can to see what as many of the frats are like, because you won't ever be able to do it again. Once a frat likes you, they'll keep hitting you back up to come to their stuff.

you can usually tell, but just meet people at the party and just make friends with them, be open to chilling with new groups of people and whatever you do, DO NOT STICK TO YOUR HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS EXCLUSIVELY.
