What's up with ivy house? What is it? Why do I feel like everyone in adpi is associated with it? Is it like a church thing? No hate, just curious

It's very nice and close to sorority row. Some freshman live there who plan to be in a sorority.

I'm a dg and I lived there. There was girls from all chapters. Phi mu, aoii, KD, etc. it's like a mini sorority house mixed between all chapters
