dropped my frat

if i dropped my frat BEFORE i got initiated, would i be able to pledge somewhere else in the fall? would other fraternities be able to see/care that i pledged another fraternity? thanks

Yes you can pledge somewhere else as long as you're not an initiated brother. Other fraternities won't care unless you badmouth the fraternity you left. (Some may not care about that but some will)
