fraternity rankings update because of pike

Undoubtedly rankings must be updated to account for Pike losing 100 brothers. With Pi Kapp having their house knocked down they also slip a little.

Probably. Getting a bid at a fraternity is a lot like supply and demand. If not a lot of kids (supply) rush Pi Kapp because they don't have a house then it will be easier to get a bid because they still want roughly the same number of pledges (demand).

they get a new house but you also have no house for the whole semester so it may be a bit harder just cause you can still get a house spot for the next year anyways

Theta Chi is not top tier if all they do things with are still middle tier sororities.. SAE is bottom of top and gets way better sororitys than Theta Chi. Just because one fraternity dropped doesn;t mean that one HAS to move up.

Theta chi doesn't do anything with middle tier sororities except probably deeph. Just like KA Pi Lam KE and maybe a few other middle fraternities they can fit in the better sororities social and gameday calendars

There are 4 top frats that is ato phi delt beta and sig chi with pike and SAE being upper mid.

Thats not true. SAE still gets top tier sororities so they're still top but just the bottom of the top tiers. Pike on the other hand can drop to middle.

Pike may have lost all of those guys but that doesn't mean they just disappear... a lot of those guys are still gonna be around and still hang out at pike and go to their events. Them being gutted by nationals only really means they have a lot less official brothers (which means a lot less guys paying dues)
