PNM's keep in mind you won't have a chance to live in-house, have meals/dinner with your sorority, or experience the many traditions and benefits of having a sorority house

are you an sk? why can't all the chapters with new houses be excited for each other? I'm glad you like your new house but just last year you were without one. and let's be real here, you're not exactly competing against adpi or dg, plus gphi is getting their house soon enough so like ... chill, enjoy your house (or wherever you hang out), stop being rude and making us look catty in front of the PNMs

These houses should take a year or less to build. They will both be gorgeous and larger than current ones. I hear DG is a year or so ahead of ADPI in the process.

How can anyone downvote the fact that chapters are building new houses! They will be gorgeous and will overall enhance UFs Greek community.

They will also probably draw others to build new houses in the future as well to keep up with everyone else.
