hardest house to get a bid from?

Lol this comment hilarious, you see the type of people they had in their Fall pc? Unless they took like 15 triple legacies I don't think they're that selective

My friends like their recent PC's. I don't think they're the hardest house to get a bid from, but not the easiest either.
On another note, "hard" is subjective, wherever you don't fit is going to be hard to get a bid from. If you get along with Machi but you're rushing at Delta chi, you might find getting a bid from Machi to be easier than Delta chi. Tiers isn't really relevant to how "hard" it is to get a bid
