gamma phi beta new house

hi i was looking on panhellenic's website and notice gamma phi beta does not have a house yet. when will it be built and do they have a good sisterhood? trying to rush completely for the sisterhood. thanks in advance!

They have a relatively good sisterhood, they should be building it this year and move in next school year. They'll probably be talking a lot about it during recruitment

They don't have a house yet. im assuming it'll be built soon. As for the sisterhood, I've heard pretty good things. Some of the girls get a little too wild but otherwise they're chill

not in the chapter but have close friends in it. they're obviously excited to get a house but even without one they say the sisterhood there is very strong. but as much as everyone on here says "dont rush for the actual house," don't assume that chapters with fancy houses are automatically superficial or have bad sisterhood. go where you fit in -- whichever chapter it may be
