Do sororities at UF seek out PNMs they potentially want in their houses (like Bama)? Just curious how it all works at Florida versus other SEC schools.

not in a creepy way. We notice younger sisters, current friends, or girls who went to high school with current members. We care more about what we want in a PNM, like certain qualities, instead of only caring about specific girls who might not even come back to our chapter

Meaning adpi zta and kd look for outgoing smart beauiful girls that have class. They do not want the wild party sleazy ratchet type girls. If a sister makes a referral the pnm will be given considerstion. That does not guarantee a bid though

They may have certain girls they want to keep an eye out for, but they can not dirty rush them before rush starts.

Yes. Clean those instas up. Think of it as a resume and highlight things that you are involved in. Too many good girls fall through the cracks. You want to get noticed.
