at the rate KD has been going with the snap bids, it is falling fast. AOPI really rose.

pi phi and/or deeph you're drunk. don't pull dg down in an attempt to pull you back up with up. same with putting theta lower, like if someone is "upper-middle" and not just top of middle it's theta, not you

this doesn't look like pi phi or deeph hating on theta it looks like aopi hating on dg and trying to separate themselves from it. but for what its worth i'm a chi o and i'd say that pi phi is top of middle and kat and deeph are tied beneath them

Agreed for the most part. KAT is falling but not as much as the original post says. ADPi is overhyped and people will look past them more (not too much though, they have history as a top house). ZTA is super hyped they will stay top. DG is falling hard and AOPi is for sure better now. KD is falling too.

Zeta Adpi and tri delt will always be at the top, hands down.

Aopi is in no way shape or form at the same level of adpi OR above tri delt and KD, that's almost laughable....
