controversies on rankings

NOBODY argues that ZTA/ADPI are top.
The dispute is with KD, AOPI, DDD. Thoughts?
My opinion:
KD
AOPI/DDD
DG

Mid:
KAT was above PBP, but now people are saying they are below.
DPE is all over the place. I've seen them on par with KAT or listed top of bottom.
People argue over XO vs DZ
Thoughts on mid?

That is why ranks are not set in stone, and you have differing opinions. People agree what houses are in top, mid, and bottom, but there are arguments among the houses in each tier. Personally, I think it really doesn't matter since they all rotate between the same frats in each tier. It also depends who you ask. For example, Phi Delt may say AOPI is on top of KD, but ATO and SAE would not. Ask a PiLam or TEP who they like in middle, and it would be DEEPH, whereas a KA would pick XO or DZ.
Get what I'm saying? It's all in perception.

Having aopi at the bottom is not bashing them At all. They are on the rise, fraterntities love them. But, u just can't equate them to a top tier just yet, maybe in a few years.
