sorority fees

Want to rush this fall but as I've heard by many college is real expensive... on top of that, how costly is it to be in a sorority? I know they vary but any input would be greatly appreciated

there's an orientation the night before rush where they will give you the breakdown of what each sorority costs and if you ask during round 2 of recruitment the houses are required to give a breakdown of the costs. i would give you an estimate now, but the prices on this campus vary by a few grand between the lowest and highest costings ones so it really just depends.

you should plan on spending a MINIMUM of $2000 per semester. but keep in mind that the first semester is more expensive and there is so much more to the cost of being in a sorority than dues (tshirts, philanthropy tickets, fundraising, etc)
