can't make recruitment

I'm assuming I'm basically screwed... I have an internship this summer that runs until August 17th so the earliest I can be in Gainesville is the 18th... is there any way to join a sorority without being here for formal recruitment??

Not unless you do spring recruitment, sorry :/ try working with them and move up your start date so that you can get off earlier? That's all I can think of

Unfortunately you can't miss round 1 and still participate in the process as this is how houses decide who to ask back for the following round

I'm currently a freshman and had the same issue as you :/ I was told to just wait til my sophomore year instead of spring recruitment to see all the houses ... honestly not too big of a deal
