If theta chi somehow lands tri delt in this while situation, that automatically puts them in rotation. Doesn't even have to mean there "top tier"

If pike is only suspended that won't be the case even if theta Chi lands tridelt . For they had AOPi least year I'm pretty sure due to Betas suspension but still aren't in rotation. They just got lucky twice in a row IMO.
