question about accepting a bid

She was in your PC16 in fall? And now is in a different chapter in spring?
If so, no that is not allowed. She has to wait a full year before joining again, so she won't be able to be initiated. However some chapters (aka gamma phi beta last year) took girls in spring who dropped in fall and initiated them the first week of fall so they didn't break any rules, but basically claimed them so that they couldn't rush again in fall. So my guess is they won't be initiated yet. You can always report to Panhellenic Membership Vice President to look into it. :)

Yeah, she was literally in my PC up until two weeks before we got initiated and she dropped. I have her on FB still and she changed her profile pic and cover photo to a sorority that participated in spring rush so thats why I assumed she rushed spring. I was just curious how that can be so because I thought you had to wait the full year hence what you said but I'm happy she found a place she's comfortable in even if it wasn't with us and stuff. But it's also to a good sorority so I guess they must really like her to 'save' her from recruitment?
