what happened with pike?

ZBT doesn't have a house and If Pike loses there's I doubt ZBT would get it since they're so new. I could see them mergin with a low tier fraternity that has a house like Fiji or Sigma Nu.

ZBT is not new to UF. They are a re-colonization with a long history at UF and large pool of Alumni that I sure could have out financially. And besides, fraternities that have gotten kicked off in the past would have merged with low tier fraternities, but they didn't.

Just because they're getting kicked off doesn't mean it happens in a blink of an eye. Theres 40 some guys in house that can't just be told to leave in a short notice. It won't be in effect until next semester. Theres also a process that goes through IFC and their nationals

If the National decides that chapter is not worth salvaging at this point after the membership review, they can revoke the charter by the end of the semester, which would mean that members living in the house would need to vacate by June. Remember there are only 6 weeks remaining until the end of the semester, so anything can happen from now until then.
