leaving during pledging

So if I leave or get dropped during pledging and rush again will other fraternities know about it and will it hurt my glances of getting a bid? Cause I'm considering dropping.

You leave in a respectful way. Give them a reason you're dropping either you don't think you fit with the guys or worried about school etc...
