rushing

I know once I'm a brother I can't re rush at a different university but if i was to transfer schools and they didn't have the chapter or the brothers I didn't mesh with, would I get caught if I rushed a different org and just didn't tell anyone I had already been affiliated

If you transfer to another university that does not have a chapter of your Org., then my suggestion is to contact your national and see if you can start chapter at that university. You may need to first get approval from the Greek Life Office and see if that IFC is open to expansion. But to answer your question, NO. You cannot re-rush another Org. at another University if you were already initiated into as a brother at your current school. The only way to re-rush if you quit and ask for a release from your current Org.
