Agree wth you on KD but not DDD. KD has dropped in the past 2 years and are basically ADPI wannabes. DDD has risen along with Aopi.

I personally agree with gphi > aephi and sk but like a lot of people are gonna point out it takes a bit longer for a sorority to raise after just colonizing. Maybe when you guys get a house you will see a rise in the rankings but ppl are gonna say you're too new at the moment
