adpi not southern

Why do people always equate ADPI with a southern vibe when half our girls are from Tampa? We are not NY/S.FL, but it's not exactly like we are country bumpkin. I'd say we do not have either a southern or northern vibe.

You forget that so many people that live in Florida suburbs or cities like to act southern or country. Unless their from Miami or something. It's kinda annoying IMO because owning a truck and wearing jeans doesn't make you country lmao.

Because trendy NY and Miami ladies would not be caught dead wearing cowboy boots and dresses on game days.

Part of it is ADPi's roots, like KD and Phi Mu, and for fraternities, KA, they are old and founded in the South and widely considered to have a Southern vibe at their other chapters too, not just UF.
