rushing a sorority as a sophomore

Has anyone here gone through sorority rush as a sophomore and how hard is it?

It really depends. It seems that everyone I knew as a sophomore faced harsh cuts, but I have no idea how they would have done as freshmen. Also, all of them found houses they love. Your options might be limited, but you can definitely still go Greek.

every sorority has a quota of 2nd years they have to take. so like you're chances are slightly slimmer but as long as you're cute and fun to talk to I wouldn't worry about it. if you wanna rush, do it

I rushed as a sophomore and I had a full sched all 3 days and was only cut from 2 houses that I wanted... It's honestly up yo you and how well you interact with the girls rushing you

Rushed as a sophomore this year and honestly best decision for me. For me, I was a lot more relaxed and comfortable than I think I would've been if I rushed freshman year, which really gave me the opportunity to find the house I love. And the cuts come just depending on where you fit in. Personally I had a full schedule every day with top and upper mid house, but tiers don't matter at the end of it, you'll end up at the house you belong in (:
