what houses to steer clear of?

What houses are in trouble or won't be doing much in the fall. Don't want to really rush somewhere that will be empty.

For the guys: they literally all end up on probation at one point or another
For the girls: the only one I know of is sigma kappa at the moment. I've heard DZ is strict about socials though.
