transferring from um

I'm in a top house at UM. Not going to say which one but our two top houses are DG and DPhiE. Do both of these houses usually let transfers affiliate? Seems like they have a similar vibe to miami. I haven't reached out because i'm not 100% sure i am going to transfer yet.
