SAE is not a top tier fraternity anymore. I guarantee that starting next year they will be a middle tier. They don't care at all and are too self absorbed. No one ever has fun at their socials so I see no reason to keep them here because of their "legacy"

The issue is I don't see Theta Chi or KA filling in the SAE's spot in the top. So IMO if SAE drops there will only be 5 top frats.

Tired of seeing LXA put on the same level as chi phi, delta chi, and phi tau. We can all agree they are basically the same level with each other then being better st something than the others but not lxa

delta chi has the nicest guys. phi tau parties the hardest. i have not been to chi phi as much as the others so i dont know what they are better at

Chi Phi > Phi Tau

AEPi and Chi Phi have good tailgates, Phi Tau has one decent party every year and Ksig is the most average fraternity at this school
