frat and sorority conflicts?

Ive heard that some frats and sororities don't get along (aka theta chi and pi phi). Is there any reason why? Are there any other frat and sorority conflicts?

pi phi doesn't really have any problem with theta chi, their social chair just doesn't like pi phi for some reason. I'm pretty sure a few theta chis are dating pi phis so theres not a huge fight if there is one

Theta chi has nothing against pi phi. I've met a lot this semester and all we're pretty cool. Social chair doesn't do anything with them
