opinions on aephi?

I've never really met anyone from aephi before, all I know is that they're considered lower tier in the rankings. Could anyone give me a little insight to why they are ranked so low?

Cons; They only appeal to a very certain type of girl, kind of immature and catty within the sorority, probably the worst frat relations (dropped by aepi and tep, etc)
Pros; smart, go out a decent amount

From what I've seen they have some pretty fun girls, definitely fun to party with. They're considered lower tier but I wouldn't put them at the very bottom
