Being "large" nationally is by no means synonymous with being top nationally. APhi has consistently top tier sororities all over the country, they are almost always the #1 hottest sorority on campus and provided your tiers are based primarily on looks/social life, APhi is always the top house. ZTA and APhi are the only sororities that seem to maintain that consistency, other chapters like DDD are either top of the top (rare case) or bottom of the bottom. You know whenever any frat boy hears the letter Alpha Phi he will automatically assume she's a babe. Hottest sorority in the nation, period.

Here is what was stated on U OF FLORIDA WIKI under Fraternities and Sororities.....
"In early 2015 the Panhellenic Council announced the arrival of two new sororities. Gamma Phi Beta was chartered in Fall 2015 and Alpha Phi will start recruitment in Fall 2017."

If y'all were in the loop you'd know that pan took a vote recently and decided to delay their colonization a year, so it's actually fall 2018

Why is it being delayed? Problems on APhi end (nationally they've been spreading themselves pretty thin was a lot of sudden & big colonizations)? or to give GPhi more of a chance before another new chapter competes, GPhi numbers seem low (going off numbers on the grade reports)?

The delay comes from all the sororities national delegates voting on what is best for not only their chapter but for aphi. Most delegates voted to delay the colonization to give aphi the best opportunity to colonize as possible

NO ONE CARES IF AHPI IS TOP NATIONALLY. AND HONESTLY, I QUESTION THAT WHEN YOU HAVE DZ, XO AND ZTA WHICH ARE MUCH LARGER NATIONALLY.
