It's too early to tell. Several changes maybe happening. Mid/ late April should give a clear idea what fraternities are rising and declining heading into the summer rush and the 2017-18 school year.

I think Pi Kappa Phi is rising fast. They are getting a new house that is going to be "yuge"
Theta Chi continues on the rise.
