did theta chi vote on chi o?

I heard they didn't want them but everybody says they have them?? (Chi O is full of friendly girls so idk why they wouldn't want them, and Theta Chi is fun so no hate, just confused)

Theta Chi was courting zta for too long and thought they'd forsure get zta and didn't try for anyone else which is why the ended up with Chi O

Theta Chi did not have a chapter vote on Chi O. Their social chair made the decision. It was decided weeks ago.
