Why do Sigma chi and SAE have like half the number brothers other top tier frats like Pike and ATO?

Actually ato needed more brothers to pay for the renovations on their house so they took more than they usually would. And they end up balling a ton after they get bids

I love Sae. Good guys . To tier still. I would rather hang with Sae and Beta and Sigma Chi over phi delt or Ato. Theta chi sucks .
