nutritionist

Being in a sorority leads to a lot of eating disorders and body image issues etc. Has anyone been to the nutriobist at uf/ have any reviews of it?

Pretty sure most girls obsession with being thin starts at like 12, not college. Also the trend right now is being super healthy and work out so I would say any pressure I feel is pressure to be healthier, not get an eating disorder.

I would argue differently. Since I rushed and joined my chapter I've felt a lot fore confident and have been eating and exercising more for health and wellness rather than being skinny. I thought rushing might bring back a past eating disorder which I was concerned about but I've honestly gotten better with food being around so many girls who eat normally and look normal

I'm in good shape and in a top tier sorority and the only time I eat pizza is when I'm with my sisters. The same sisters I workout with, nothing but healthy vibes these days. "Skinny" isn't cool anymore, being fit is!
