So this post is basically what we already know.. everyone knows that dz, sk, ddd, gphi, and even adpi self rank. But what about the low key self tankers? I feel like low key aopi and phi mu have been self ranking about how much they've "improved" but not with any actual reasons why.

imo, when people say a chapter is improving, a lot is based on looks. People who have been around for a few years can see with their own eyes if there is a change in one direction or another. Idk, i think thats why kat's been getting a lot of flak this year.
