I am a DDD alum from the 80's. Why are you so jealous of DDD? It will be a cold day in hell when AOPI is better than DDD. At this point in time DG is not better the DDD at UF, maybe KD and ZTA and ADPI, but certainly not AOPI or DG.
DDD is not a middle tier house by any means.

I am a KD right now. I do not think AOPI is better than DDD at the present. AOPI is good, but not better than DDD.
