Things that should be said:
Theta is definitely not the top of the middle tier anymore. Idk what happened with their rush but yaaa. Imo there isn't a clear cut best sorority in the middle tier like there used to be. They're all kinda on equal playing field now (kat pi phi xo deeph dz)
Kappa is not mid. They are literally the exact same as phi mu at this point, bottom fo sho
Also I feel bad for sigkap always being ranked last TBH I feel like they hang out with frats more aephi ? Idk
As a whole tri delt, aopi, pi phi, DZ, PHI mu, gphi rising
Kd, dg, theta, xo, kkg falling
Adpi and zta can't really rise so just the same

Here is how I see it:
If you are on the same row, you may have a slightly different vibe, but as far as overall popularity among the fraternities is concerned I think this is fairly accurate. I know women in each house and I think we have a strong Panhellenic community.
Top: ZTA, ADPI
2nd tier of Top: KD, DDD, AOPI, DG
Mid: Pi Phi, KAT
2nd tier of Mid: XO, DEEPH, DZ
Lower: AXO, KKG, PHI MU
2nd tier of lower: SK, AEPHI, GPHI
